FLOWER HOME DELIVERY INFORMATION

Dust Flowers offers a professional flower and gift delivery service in the Greater Sydney region. To ensure we meet your service expectations, please make sure to read the important information below about the way we work. We offer same-day delivery, 6 days a week.

Dust Flowers do not deliver on Public Holidays.*

Same Day Delivery – Cut off is  2PM for Greater Sydney.  


Monday - Saturday:
Orders placed for same-day delivery will arrive:
Anytime by 7:00PM for residential deliveries
Anytime by 5:00PM for business deliveries
Anytime by 3:00PM for school deliveries
Orders placed after 2PM for same-day delivery Monday - Saturday to residential addresses will arrive by 8PM.

**Please note if you need to make an order after the cut-off times detailed above, please give our friendly staff a call as in some cases we can accommodate late orders.

If you require a specific delivery time (e.g., prior to 11amAM) then a special courier service will be required, and this may attract an extra charge. Please detail your request in special instructions on your order and we’ll be able to assist you.

 

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is now available via our:
• Central Station Store.
All items advertised on our website are available for Click & Collect (please note certain flowers and/or products may be unavailable due to seasonal or market availability).
Our delivery collection windows are available from Monday to Friday:
• 10am - 12pm
• 12pm - 3pm
• 3pm - 6pm
All orders requiring a pick-up window of 10am - 12pm must be placed before midnight the night before.
Our pick-up windows for same-day click and collect are 12pm - 3pm and 3pm - 6pm. The time slot availability will vary based on the time you place your order. Please note your order will be ready for collection within the time frame selected, we cannot alter or guarantee any particular time your order will be ready for collection both outside and inside these time windows. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Upon collection, a copy of your Order ID / Tax Invoice is required and for the safety of your order, please show your ID to our team member. If you require someone else to pick up your order for you, let us know via the 'Special Pick Up Instructions' when ordering​. When nominating someone else to collect your order, please let them know we require a form of identification before we release the order.

Click & Collect options may vary for occasions such as Valentine's Day & Mother's Day.
